I was really taken by the six minute miracle morning I personally found a handful of these are a really great way to start the day- exercise, meditation and hydration. I recently heard Hal interviewed on Jess Lively’s podcast (while I was going through her back catalogue of podcasts). It really gave me insight into where the Miracle Morning had come from and its aims.
I think a good start to the day (whatever time that start is) can make or break the rest of the day. I don’t really have a set time that I wake up everyday- it varies around swim training, travel and office days- but having some time before I need to start the day can make the rest of the day much more productive. I see it as my warm up time (can you tell I’m a swimmer) to focus, set my goals and to not throw myself into the day before I am prepared.
I don’t do Miracle Morning consistently, but working out what I needed to start my day well came from Pennie setting me a two week challenge to do Miracle Morning each day. Set yourself the challenge to try it every morning, just for a week!
It would be great to hear how you get on.
